Aflaosi ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Aflaosi Marketplace and Partner Program. This policy outlines how we handle data for our agents and field workers to ensure a secure and transparent earning environment.

1. Data Collection

We collect information necessary to verify your identity and process your commissions:

Personal Information: Name, phone number, and email.
Financial Information: Mobile Money (MoMo) details for commission payouts.
Agent Identifiers: Your unique Agent Code used for lifetime attribution.
Location Data: Collected only during "Buyer Inspections" to verify your presence at the product site.

2. Commission Tracking

        Earning Transparency: We use your data to track:
        40% Lifetime commissions on registered business subscriptions.
Referral bonuses (GHS 15 - GHS 25) per category sale.
GHS 100 Inspection fees per completed verification.

    

3. Use of Data

Your data is used strictly for:

Disbursing earnings to your verified account.
Preventing fraudulent referral activity.
Improving the Aflaosi agent experience and field coordination.

4. Data Sharing

Aflaosi does not sell or rent your data to third parties. Information is shared only with payment processors (to pay you) and regulatory bodies where required by Ghanaian law.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request to delete your partner account at any time. Upon request, we will remove your personal data from our active databases, except where we are legally required to retain financial records for tax or audit purposes.
